Vanilla Scented Apricots and Raspberries

Plan Z Phase: This is a Z3 (ZReboot) recipe.

Serves: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh apricots, pits removed, cut into chunks (no need to peel). Or in winter you can use canned apricots. Rinse the sugary juice off and then cut into chunks.
  • ¼ cup of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries

Instructions:

Cook the butter, apricots and Triple Sec in a small sauce pan on medium heat until the apricots are soft. Remove from heat. Add the vanilla extract and mix slowly.

Let the mixture cool.

Add the raspberries. Mix gently.

You can serve this dish plain or you can serve it with the Almond Dessert Sauce (here is the recipe for the sauce)
