Having trouble sleeping while you are detoxing on the diet?  This is an all natural sleep aid.  It is also something that will help for night leg cramps because it contains magnesium and calcium.  It’s really meant to just relax you so you will fall asleep. The dose says take 2 – 4 before bedtime. I only took one and slept like a rock.
