Sauerkraut has now been approved for ZReduction! You will want to look for versions WITHOUT sugar. Kuhne’s traditional German Barrel Sauerkraut is a good brand to try. You can have 1 cup as your allotted veggie portion for a meal. Or you can combine 1/2 cup of sauerkraut with 1/2 cup of another veggie to fulfill your quota. Enjoy adding some tang to your entrees.
