Tomato Tabbouleh (Tabouli)

Plan Z Phase: This is a Z2 (ZReduction) recipe.
Servings: Serves 3 – 4
Ingredients:
- 2 large, ripe tomatoes chopped
- ½ cup of minced, fresh parsley. I mince this in a food processor with a bit of water and then drain and dry it. It’s worth the extra step.
- juice of one lemon
- 6 green onions, chopped (white and light green parts only)
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir.
Can be served room temperature or cold.
