We all do a lot of celebrating from now through New Year’s
- Parties… family events… work celebrations, and of course New Year’s Eve. All of those things involve a lot of food and drink. Your liver gets a workout and can even become strained. Most overweight people have a sluggish and/or fatty liver to start with. All this partying can make it worse. So let’s tune in to Dr. Mark Hyman and find out ways to repair our livers.
Cookies for Christmas!
- The family tradition of baking Christmas or Holiday cookies goes back centuries. This year I’ll introduce you to some healthy cookies you can bake and serve without guilt. They are popular cookies you might even already enjoy, but this time you’re going to change up the ingredients list just a bit to make them healthy. I promise they will still bring you joy.
