We all know that chicken nuggets don’t contain the best meat. Or should we say, “meat” with sarcastic quotes? Researchers from the University of Mississippi in Jackson broke down some chicken nuggets to see what they were really made of, specifically. What they found was that about 60 percent of a tested nugget was NOT meat. Then…what were the other ingredients? Kim Horcher and Tim Frisch discuss.
