Tomato Tabbouleh (Tabouli)

Plan Z Phase: This is a Z2 (ZReduction) recipe.

Servings: Serves 3 – 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 large, ripe tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup of minced, fresh parsley. I mince this in a food processor with a bit of water and then drain and dry it. It’s worth the extra step.
  • juice of one lemon
  • 6 green onions, chopped (white and light green parts only)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and gently stir.

Can be served room temperature or cold.
