Plan Z Phase: This is a Z3 (ZReboot) recipe.

Servings: Serves 4 – 6

This is a super easy side dish that can be mixed up in a flash and then baked. It will go well with any piece of roasted meat and can work on a buffet for a party.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups of chopped Vidalia onion
  • 3 cups of shredded Swiss cheese (use a good one like Jarlsberg)
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup of grated parmesan

Instructions:

All you have to do is chop your onions and shred your cheese and then assemble.

In a large bowl add the onion, Swiss cheese and the mayo. Stir until it’s all mixed up. Pour the mixture into a 9” X 9” oven-proof casserole. Top with the Parmesan cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Take off the aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes more until the top starts to brown.

Take out of the oven and let rest for about 10 – 15 minutes so you don’t burn your mouth when you eat it.

Enjoy!
