When the chicken is done plate it with the veggies and then drizzle the whole thing with the dressing.

You can do this recipe in kebab form but I took a different twist and did the grilling in a grill basket.

These might sound a little suspect but they are really a delightful twist on your average hamburger.

Burgers with a Southern side!

This makes a nice, easy lunch or quick dinner.

These burgers are ultra-easy to make. You can even form patties and freeze them for later grilling or grill a bunch at once so you can have leftovers.

There are two stages to making burgers this way. The Rub. The Burger. If you are not a major cook don’t worry. This looks harder than it is. Stick with this and you’ll love your burgers!

This is a crazy burger. If you like your food full of flavor and spicy, this is for you. An Asian hamburger. Can’t beat it for variety. Surprise your friends with this one.

I wish I had come up with this kebab months ago! It’s a tad on the Asian-side, but not outright Asian-tasting.

Poblanos are not hot peppers, and after you roast them they take on a smoky, mild pepper taste. Makes for a delicious burger!

These are fun any time of year. I did them in the broiler this time so it was even easy during the winter.

This steak salad can be made extra spicy or just with a kick. This version has a kick but I give you instruction on how to crank up the heat if you like your food spicy. 

I wish I had come up with this kebob months ago! It was fun to go outside, fire up the grill and even eat on the patio.
