Jalapeno Popper Crisps

Plan Z Phase: This is a Z3 (ZReboot) recipe sent in by dieter Sharon.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1.2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 jalapeno, sliced thin
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon about a tablespoon of of Parmesan into a small mound on the parchment paper. Top with about half of a tablespoon of cheddar. Carefully pat cheese down flat and sprinkle with bacon bits. Place a jalapeno slice on top. Bake until crisp, for 12 to 13 minutes.
Let cool slightly before transferring to a serving dish. Serve at room temperature.
Serving suggestion – put out a bowl of sour cream for dipping.
