Raspberry Fool

This is one of my favorite, QUICK recipes for an impromptu dinner party.

“Almost” Fried Chicken

Looking for ideas for a picnic? How about almost Fried Chicken?

Parmesan Crackers

Make these crackers when you have invited a friend over for a glass of wine and you want to have a little snack on the side.

Turkey Roll-Ups

This is a recipe that can made by a supervised child or a helper. It's basically assembly work. Your time is then freed up to work on the other things. It took me about 30 minutes to do 30 rolls.

Peanut Butter Dream

Think peanut butter chiffon pie without the crust. For a low carb diet this is perfect.

Chili Con Carne

This is a meaty chili with some veggies tossed in for crunch factor. Makes a satisfying lunch.

Apple Pie Filling

We have never worked with fruit pectin in this diet. Plan Z dieter Amy came up with the idea to try it. Brilliant idea! This opens up a whole new world of opportunity for thickening.

Italian Chicken Burgers

Serve with tomato slices and a salad and you have a nice meal. These are also good as Zola To GO!

Churgers

My nephew tried his first one just the other day. He’s the one that declared them "Churgers." Really, they are ground chicken patties, but "churger" sounds so much more hip.

Chicken Nuggets

This recipe was submitted by Zola Diet participant, Amy Z. Amy says, "This was great. The kids gobbled them up!"

Mini-Meatloaves

These little meatloaves transport very easily. They can be taken to work for lunch, or a picnic in the park. I hope you enjoy them!

Meatloaf

A really simple recipe the whole family will enjoy.

Brunch Crepes

These would work perfectly for breakfast or as a yummy dessert.
