Plan Z Phase: This is a Z3 (ZReboot) recipe.
This recipe works for breakfast or for dessert. Really satisfying! A great treat and super fast!
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of full fat plain yogurt*
- 1 tsp of Truvia
- ½ tsp of vanilla
- 1 – 2 Tbl of unsweetened peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 – 3 Tbl of cocktail peanuts or your nut of choice
*If you cannot find full fat plain yogurt at your store, buy the fattiest one you can find. Probably 2%. Then go to the service counter at your grocery store and ask them to order it. You promise to buy it regularly and they will stock it. Be insistent. Get good food!
Instructions:
I invented this on the fly. Here’s all I did.
Grab a small bowl. Add the yogurt, Truvia, vanilla and peanut butter. Stir.
Top with peanuts and eat.
Enjoy!
Cheers,

This was so yummy for my breakfast this morning, I dipped my pink lady apple slices in it and it reminded me of eating a caramel apple
Could you use more peanut butter if you left out the raw peanuts? I like to freeze this to the texture of ice cream!
Love this! I like the suggestion above to freeze this to the texture of ice cream. I miss eating ice cream!
Yes, you can add a bit more peanut butter. If you are using non-sweetened peanut butter you are not limited. Whole Foods makes 365 Unsweetened peanut butter that is emulsified so not having to stir. It’s called Peanut Butter Spread.
Also… you can have ice cream! Do you own an ice cream maker? There are ice cream recipes on the site. If you make your own according to my recipes you can eat ice cream often!
