Thai Basil Chicken
This dish will be ready in about 20 minutes. All you have to do is a little chopping.
A Trio of Super-Simple Breakfast Casseroles
ZSpecialties,Z3-Entrees,ZS-Dieter Favorites,Z3-Eggs
I'm thinking of starting a company called “Just Add Eggs.” Well, maybe I'm kidding but this just might be a theme for these breakfast casseroles. I made them all the same way.
Shrimp Fra Diavolo
This is a traditional Italian Dish that is known for spice. It’s also usually served over pasta so you’ll see that this one can be served as a stew in a bowl or over sautéed zucchini noodles.
Broccoli Cheese Soup
ZS-Zola to Go,ZReboot,Z3-Soups & Stews,ZSpecialties,ZS-Dieter Favorites,Z3-Vegetarian
I designed this broccoli cheese soup for the average cook. It only takes a few minutes to chop the veggies and then put it in the pot and let the magic happen. All you have to do is stir it. How easy is that?
Celery Salad with Dried Fruit, Nuts and Parmesan
Well, of course I’m not the only one who every dreamed of a celery salad so I found all kinds of them and formulated my own, simple version. Turned out great.
Egg Muffins
ZSpecialties,ZS-5 Ingredients or Less,Z3-Entrees,ZS-Zola to Go,Z3-Eggs
Easy to make and freezer friendly, egg muffin cups make for a great grab-and-go breakfast. I love switching up ingredients – I’ll do bacon, swiss, onion and spinach one time. Ham, cheddar and broccoli. Sausage, mozzarella, tomatoes and mushrooms. The possibilities are endless!
Chicken Under a Brick
ZSpecialties,Z3-Poultry,ZS-5 Ingredients or Less,Z3-Entrees
One of my favorite French bistro dishes is chicken under a brick. I decided I had to figure out how to make it myself. Most places make it in a wood burning oven. I don't have one so I had to make adjustments. It worked. I hope you like it and enjoy it.
Hot Brown Open-faced Sandwich
This is fast to make and is a wonderful comfort food addition to your recipes.
Mexican Chicken Salad
Z3-Entrees,Z3-Poultry,Z3-Salads
If you are going totally low carb you can serve this over lettuce. Bib lettuce would look nice.
Sichuan Stir-Fry Chicken
This is very much like kung pao chicken you’d find on an Asian menu. There is some zip to it but you can decide how spicy you’d like yours. Don’t be intimidated by the ingredient list. This comes together fast.
Braised Greens with Toasted Pine Nuts
Quick and simple side dish. And so healthy.
Zucchini Noodles with Avocado-Pesto, Bacon and Chopped Tomato
This dish is rich and satisfying. When you get to ZReboot your body craves fats and the bacon and avocado are the perfect combo. Eat this anytime!
Shrimp Stuffed Avocado
Great on a hot day or evening. Lite dinner with family or guests. Can be served totally cold if that’s more convenient.
Veggie Drawer Quiche
Everybody needs the perfect recipe that uses up the little leftover bits of vegetables you have in the drawer. Instead of letting them go to waste, you can whip up this quiche. I served it for dinner. You can serve it for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Some people even like it room temperature or cold.
Beefy ‘No Noodle’ Lasagna Casserole
This is a hearty and satisfying casserole for those who would love a traditional lasagna but know the noodles are not smart.
Mexican Seafood Salad (the Z3 version)
Z3-Entrees,Z3-Seafood,Z3-Salads
The design of this dish is for fancy food for a hot day. You can make this much simpler and less expensive by using less expensive seafood and fish options.
Zucchini Lasagna
ZS-Dieter Favorites,Z3-Beef,ZSpecialties,Z3-Entrees
This lasagna has no noodles. Standing in for the noodle layers are zucchini sliced the long way.
Ham and Broccoli Casserole
Weeknights you need something easy to put together and fast to get on the table. This is a perfect option.
Anniversary Chicken Tenders
ZS-Zola to Go,Z3-Poultry,ZSpecialties,Z3-Entrees
Anniversary chicken is a rather famous recipe. Been around a long time. I don’t have any idea, though, where the name came from. I made my own twist on this recipe. Most often it’s made with chicken breast. I made mine with chicken tenders.
Z2: Entrees
Sea Salt Crusted Snow Peas
Z2-Appetizers & Snacks,Z2-Vegetarian,Z2-Sides
You won’t ever need potato chips again.
Creole Soup (with or without protein)
This soup is super easy to make. If you are a fan of southern food this will hit the spot.
Grilled Italian Veggies with Steak
This is super easy. A great summer entrée that comes together in a flash.
Chicken Verde
This is going to taste just like a traditional enchilada without the tortilla. If you have Mexican food fans in your family this is a hit!
Ranch Chicken
Z2-Entrees,ZS-5 Ingredients or Less,ZSpecialties,Z2-Poultry,ZS-Dieter Favorites
This chicken is super moist and yummy. The ranch dressing gives it a gourmet feel without any work at all!
International Steak Marinade
Z2-Entrees,Z2-Sauces & Dressings,Z2-Beef
A great but simple marinade contributed by Dieter Insider Amy.
Grilled Baby Lobster Tails with a Shallot Tomato Salad
Fancy on the budget, fancy on the fare, light on the calories, and delicious in the air! This dish will make you feel spoiled, even when you are on a diet.
Creole Meatloaf
Z2-Entrees,ZSpecialties,Z2-Beef,ZS-Dieter Favorites
This is a wonderfully moist meatloaf. It has a kick from the Cajun spices but not all that much and you can adjust according to taste. This transports well to work.
Balsamic Chicken (Braised or Slow Cooker)
ZSpecialties,Z2-Poultry,ZS-Dieter Favorites
This is a super easy meal to make; made even easier by doing it in your slow cooker. Simple Italian.
Barbecue Meatloaf
I had a hankering for ribs. I ordered some as an appetizer at a restaurant and they just didn’t cut it. I could not get the craving out of my head, so I came up with the barbecued meatloaf recipe. Hope you love it.
Chicken Chili – Caribbean-Style
A spicy no bean chili that packs a flavor punch! Add spinach for extra vitamins and color.
Paul’s White Fish with Sauteed Vegetables
Tasty white fish and vegetables has been a regular part of my ZReduction regimen. My favorite is starting with a 6-8 ounce mahi-mahi fillet AND a 6-8 ounce hake fillet purchased frozen in big bags at Costco. This results in a “double batch” meal with the second half going in the fridge to bring into the menu flow a day or two later.
Bacon and Veggie Quiche
ZS-Zola to Go,Z2-Entrees,ZSpecialties,Z2-Pork
This a great, crustless quiche that can be eaten as a lunch or light dinner with Plan Z.
Italian Burgers
ZSpecialties,ZS-Dieter Favorites,Z2-Entrees,ZS-5 Ingredients or Less,Z2-Beef
To make this burger taste extra special, consider topping it with a soup spoonful of spaghetti sauce. You can find one with no sugar in the spaghetti sauce aisle.
Sausage Chicken Gumbo
This comes together in a flash and tastes just as good as the recipes that cook for hours.
Frito Meatloaf
ZS-Dieter Favorites,Z2-Beef,ZSpecialties,Z2-Entrees
This meatloaf makes six servings. When you serve it, remember that your crunch item is already included, so no breadstick or crackers with this meal.
Fish Kabobs
These fast and fun kabobs can be made with any of your favorite ZReduction approved spices.
The Deconstructed Chicago Hotdog in Honor of the 2016 World Series Champs – The Chicago Cubs
It took the Cubs 108 years to win the World Series. It only took VP Anger Management 7 years to “invent” this recipe.
Grilled Tuna with an Asian Flair
Tuna is a hearty piece of fish full of antioxidants and protein. This meal will leave you full and satisfied.
Z3: Starters, Salads & Sauces
Parmesan Crust
ZSpecialties,Z3-Sides,Z3-Appetizers & Snacks,ZS-5 Ingredients or Less

Porcini Mushroom Sauce
This sauce can be served on steak, chicken, roast beef or even a full-flavored fish like sea bass or halibut.
Rhubarb Chutney
As we turn into the last few weeks of summer I'm firing up my grill as much as possible. This meal is easy to prepare, balancing a wonderful protein-packed piece of white meat with a touch of sweet. Rhubarb is that long red stalk with green leaves you see in the supermarket. Though technically a vegetable, rhubarb has a unique sour, fruity taste.
Butternut Squash Fries
Z3-Sides,ZS-5 Ingredients or Less,Z3-Appetizers & Snacks,ZSpecialties
You will not believe how easy these are to make and how wonderful they taste! Once you start eating these “fries” you’ll never miss the other ones.
Oshkosh Guacamole
Z3-Appetizers & Snacks,Z3-Vegetarian
Add zip to your chip with Dieter Carolyn's version of guacamole. The secret she says is using lime instead of lemon!
Mexican Chicken Salad (SUPER EASY)
Z3-Entrees,Z3-Salads,Z3-Poultry
You don’t even have to cook to make this dish! It’s just pick apart a chicken, chop up the veggies and stir the ingredients together. If your teenaged kids like Mexican, let them make this one!

This works well with all your favorite veggies, so enjoy!

This recipe is taken from the cookbook New Farm: Savoury Recipes from a Farmhouse Kitchen on the Isle of Bute by Carole Howard.
Roasted Pear and Spinach Salad
Z3-Entrees,Z3-Salads,Z3-Vegetarian
I designed this pear recipe to go with meat dishes. If you carve some turkey, slice some ham or grill up a pork tenderloin to go with this salad you’ll have a full meal.
Side Salad for Holiday Shrimp Scampi
Z3-Sides,Z3-Salads,Z3-Vegetarian
This is a great little side salad, good with any dish.
Pigs in a Poke
Z3-Pork,Z3-Appetizers & Snacks
This recipe comes from veteran Plan Z dieter Amy. This is adapted from an old recipe from the 1970’s. Even then some people knew how to eat.
Z2: Starters, Salads & Sauces
Cherry Tomato Salad
Who knew water could make a dressing! I was in an Italian restaurant the other night and wanted to order a salad to go with my grilled meat.
Italian Salad
You can vary the spices or vegetables according to taste, making the variations on this almost endless.

Goes great over a burger or an accompaniment to any protein.

Cajun Orange Roughy with a Tomato-Caper Salad and Caramelized Green Onions

On a hot day this makes an amazingly satisfying lunch or dinner.

Thai Shrimp Salad
ZS-Zola to Go,Z2-Entrees,ZSpecialties,Z2-Seafood,Z2-Salads
This is a very fast meal to prepare. It can also be enjoyed cold as part of Zola To GO!

The Skeptics' Agreement Waiver Form
Skeptics Agreement
Let me start off by saying that I am not surprised you are skeptical. In my 40+ years of dieting, I think I have pretty much seen it all. I tried it all and in the long run, all those diets failed me. Sometimes I lost weight, but I never kept it off. Those diets never solved the real, underlying problem. If I’d had the education you’re now getting as part of Plan Z, I never would have gained the weight back. I now know how to get that weight off and how to keep it off. Follow this plan faithfully and you’ll know what I know. I’m on your side.
By asking for the Skeptics’ Guarantee you open up another style of diet coaching beyond what other dieters feel they need. And that’s okay. I’m over-the-moon confident that Plan Z can work for you, and I am willing to stand behind it.

Here’s what you’ll need to do as part of the Plan Z Skeptics’ Agreement:
For the first 9 days you are on Plan Z (beginning with Day 1 of your ZBinge) you agree to stay in touch with us. The easiest way to do this is by email. If you have questions and want to chat, you can also be in touch by phone. We are in the office Mon-Thurs from 10 am – 2 pm Eastern and sometimes on the weekend. You can also find me by cell. Here are my contact points:
- My email address is zola@planzdiet.com. I check my email weekday mornings at 8 am and periodically throughout the day.
- My direct line is 800-255-9853 x 101.
- My cell phone number is 773-501-5301. Please only call that number outside of office hours. I don’t keep it in my office.
If you have a wacky schedule and need to vary that, let’s talk and figure it out. We need to be in contact so I can make sure you are on target with each element of the diet. I also want to give you extra attention so you can ask questions and receive guidance from me. Each time you contact me either by email or phone you’ll answer these 3 questions:
- How you feel
- How much weight you’ve lost
- How it’s going overall
And then we can discuss the finer points of the diet. You can ask anything from cooking questions to bathroom habit questions. Nothing is out of bounds for you. This is serious dieting and I want you to feel cared for. Most diets just sell you food and let you go. This is not one of those diets. My job is to guide you through the diet. I am not a doctor and I cannot give you medical advice.
You can release me from the Skeptics’ Guarantee at any time during those first 9 days by letting me know you are happy with your results and are ready to be on your own. If you want to invoke the guarantee please let us know by Day 9. After Day 9 you’ll be releasing your ability to get a skeptic’s refund. If by Day 9, when you and I evaluate the process, you have not lost an amount of weight you feel is a good amount for you, I will arrange to refund your purchase price minus $135. You will have paid $15 for each day you were on Plan Z. In order to qualify for that refund you will need to return your manual and all of your remaining ZR50 Reduction formula. I will email you a paid USPS return label that you will print off, put on your package and give to your USPS driver or drop off at a USPS location. Those items must arrive in our offices at 5222 Old Hixson Pike, Suite 208, Hixson TN 37343 by Day 30. That means if you delay too long you might need to overnight them. If that happens, send them in a manner that’s trackable in case there are any issues with your shipping carrier. Otherwise you’d lose your ability to get your funds returned. If you paid for your diet with a credit card you’ll get your refund by credit card. If you paid through PayPal, you will get your refund through PayPal.
I am not afraid to guarantee results because Plan Z has a 97.2% success rate. I have been an entrepreneur for nearly 40 years and I strive to have a company with zero unhappy clients. If you’re not 100% sure, then call me at 800.255.9853 to discuss it. I have found that the most skeptical people often become Plan Z zealots.
Plan Z is more than a diet. It is a complete plan for taking back your life and health. If this is what you’ve been looking for, I encourage you to jump in. Your thinner future is only 50 days away.
Please answer the questions below. I’ll need this information before your start date to put your agreement in place.
