Buttered Mushrooms
Z3-Vegetarian,ZSpecialties,ZS-5 Ingredients or Less,Z3-Sides
Dieter Rebecca first had this warm and rustic side dish while in Ireland on a road trip in 1994. These mushrooms where in every Irish B&B Dieter Rebecca visited. She loved the recipe so much she recreated it for Plan Z! Hope you enjoy.
Shrimp de Jonghe with Zucchini Noodles
ZSpecialties,Z3-Entrees,Z3-Seafood,ZS-Holiday
I Zolafied this decadent Italian appetizer by minimizing the bread crumbs and using zucchini noodles instead of pasta.

Butternut Squash Casserole
Z3-Sides,Z3-Vegetarian,Z3-Entrees
Serve this at your next family event instead of potatoes and you’ll save 30% of the carbs.

Grilled Sausage and Summer Fruit Kebabs
This meal makes for a perfect summer barbecue. The sweetness of the apricot and plums melds nicely with the delicious meatiness of the sausage. Don't be afraid! Although it sounds strange these two ingredients compliment each other wonderfully.
Thai Noodles with Chicken
This is one of my favorite summer dishes. You can eat this hot or cold.
Chicken Alfredo with “Almost Noodles”
This dish comes together in a flash! You can also make it with steak or even seafood. When I get a hankering for pasta, I crave Chicken Alfredo. This one did it for me!

Famous Burger Meatloaf
Z2-Beef,ZS-Dieter Favorites,Z2-Entrees,ZSpecialties
This is a “Whopper” of a meatloaf, designed to taste like the famous burger. I hope you enjoy.

Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
Dieter Jessica made this meal on one of her first days of ZReduction. It was so delicious she wanted to share it with everyone.
Burger and Egg
It’s all the rage in the big city. Have a runny egg on top of your burger. Well, you can do that in ZReduction too! I just ate mine and I’m stuffed!
Pork Loin Chops with Sizzlin’ Cherry Sauce
This dish comes together quickly. Two pans and voila. If you don’t like spicy food you can leave the cayenne out. It does give a nice little zip to the sweet cherries though so you might consider leaving it in or just cutting it back.
Turkey or Chicken Meatloaf
For a change of pace you can try a unique meatloaf. This one comes with an optional extra sauce in case you want to really ramp up the flavor.

Don’s Pizza Sauce
You can use this pizza “sauce” for your pizza Zola style. Sauce is added warm after the pizza cheese portion is cooked. Make the pizza with no sauce or give this a try.

This dipping sauce could go well with a grilled chicken breast or even a steak.
Big Mac Sauce, “Zola-fied”
For those missing their Big Mac, here’s the secret to the sauce!

Traditional, Smoky Barbecue Sauce
This barbecue sauce is most like the tangy sauces you find in a jar at the store. This just doesn’t have the nasty sugar they add to all of the other sauces.
Spicy Asian Dressing
This is a very spicy dressing. I served it over grilled chicken tenders on a big salad with raw veggies. Really flavorful.

Tomato-Horseradish Dressing
You can eat this with the shrimp cocktail salad or serve it on greens as a salad dressing. As and oil-free dressing this is quite tasty!

Hot Asian Mustard Sauce
This mustard sauce served with grilled Chinese Eggplant is to die for. Big YUM! And so easy!

Tomato Water
This recipe was submitted by Plan Z dieter Karen, who is a huge fan of Charlie Trotter. She found this recipe in Charlie Trotter's first cookbook. Thanks Karen!

The Skeptics' Agreement Waiver Form
Skeptics Agreement
Let me start off by saying that I am not surprised you are skeptical. In my 40+ years of dieting, I think I have pretty much seen it all. I tried it all and in the long run, all those diets failed me. Sometimes I lost weight, but I never kept it off. Those diets never solved the real, underlying problem. If I’d had the education you’re now getting as part of Plan Z, I never would have gained the weight back. I now know how to get that weight off and how to keep it off. Follow this plan faithfully and you’ll know what I know. I’m on your side.
By asking for the Skeptics’ Guarantee you open up another style of diet coaching beyond what other dieters feel they need. And that’s okay. I’m over-the-moon confident that Plan Z can work for you, and I am willing to stand behind it.

Here’s what you’ll need to do as part of the Plan Z Skeptics’ Agreement:
For the first 9 days you are on Plan Z (beginning with Day 1 of your ZBinge) you agree to stay in touch with us. The easiest way to do this is by email. If you have questions and want to chat, you can also be in touch by phone. We are in the office Mon-Thurs from 10 am – 2 pm Eastern and sometimes on the weekend. You can also find me by cell. Here are my contact points:
- My email address is zola@planzdiet.com. I check my email weekday mornings at 8 am and periodically throughout the day.
- My direct line is 800-255-9853 x 101.
- My cell phone number is 773-501-5301. Please only call that number outside of office hours. I don’t keep it in my office.
If you have a wacky schedule and need to vary that, let’s talk and figure it out. We need to be in contact so I can make sure you are on target with each element of the diet. I also want to give you extra attention so you can ask questions and receive guidance from me. Each time you contact me either by email or phone you’ll answer these 3 questions:
- How you feel
- How much weight you’ve lost
- How it’s going overall
And then we can discuss the finer points of the diet. You can ask anything from cooking questions to bathroom habit questions. Nothing is out of bounds for you. This is serious dieting and I want you to feel cared for. Most diets just sell you food and let you go. This is not one of those diets. My job is to guide you through the diet. I am not a doctor and I cannot give you medical advice.
You can release me from the Skeptics’ Guarantee at any time during those first 9 days by letting me know you are happy with your results and are ready to be on your own. If you want to invoke the guarantee please let us know by Day 9. After Day 9 you’ll be releasing your ability to get a skeptic’s refund. If by Day 9, when you and I evaluate the process, you have not lost an amount of weight you feel is a good amount for you, I will arrange to refund your purchase price minus $135. You will have paid $15 for each day you were on Plan Z. In order to qualify for that refund you will need to return your manual and all of your remaining ZR50 Reduction formula. I will email you a paid USPS return label that you will print off, put on your package and give to your USPS driver or drop off at a USPS location. Those items must arrive in our offices at 5222 Old Hixson Pike, Suite 208, Hixson TN 37343 by Day 30. That means if you delay too long you might need to overnight them. If that happens, send them in a manner that’s trackable in case there are any issues with your shipping carrier. Otherwise you’d lose your ability to get your funds returned. If you paid for your diet with a credit card you’ll get your refund by credit card. If you paid through PayPal, you will get your refund through PayPal.
I am not afraid to guarantee results because Plan Z has a 97.2% success rate. I have been an entrepreneur for nearly 40 years and I strive to have a company with zero unhappy clients. If you’re not 100% sure, then call me at 800.255.9853 to discuss it. I have found that the most skeptical people often become Plan Z zealots.
Plan Z is more than a diet. It is a complete plan for taking back your life and health. If this is what you’ve been looking for, I encourage you to jump in. Your thinner future is only 50 days away.
Please answer the questions below. I’ll need this information before your start date to put your agreement in place.
